By requesting service, submitting a form, making payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

CANcierge Co. provides trash and recycling bin rollout and return services for residential customers, vacation rentals, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients.

Services may include:

  • Rolling trash and/or recycling bins to the curb before collection

  • Returning trash and/or recycling bins after collection

  • Service updates and customer communication

  • Photo confirmation when applicable

  • Optional add-on services when confirmed by CANcierge Co.

Service Availability

Service availability depends on location, pickup schedule, property access, staffing, and route capacity. Submitting a form or request does not guarantee service until CANcierge Co. confirms availability, pricing, and acceptance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Providing the correct service address

  • Providing accurate trash and recycling pickup days

  • Ensuring bins are accessible

  • Providing gate codes, access notes, bin location details, or special instructions when needed

  • Keeping payment information current

  • Notifying CANcierge Co. of schedule changes, blocked access, damaged bins, missing bins, or service issues

Access and Safety

If bins are blocked, inaccessible, unsafe to move, missing, overloaded, or unavailable, service may not be completed. CANcierge Co. is not responsible for missed service caused by inaccurate customer information, blocked access, locked gates, animals, severe weather, unsafe conditions, municipal collection changes, or events outside our control.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing may vary based on plan, location, number of bins, service frequency, property type, access needs, and special requirements.

Standard residential pricing may differ from discounted, commercial, vacation rental, or property management pricing.

Payment is due according to the agreed billing terms. Service may be paused or cancelled for non-payment.

Free Trials and Promotions

Free trials, discounts, and promotional offers are not guaranteed and may be offered only at CANcierge Co.’s discretion. Any promotional offer must be confirmed by CANcierge Co. before it applies.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel service by contacting CANcierge Co. Cancellation terms may vary based on service type, property type, or agreement.

Weather, Holidays, and Municipal Delays

Trash and recycling schedules may be affected by holidays, storms, municipal delays, or other events outside our control. CANcierge Co. will make reasonable efforts to provide service, but we are not responsible for delays or missed collections caused by third parties, weather, or municipal schedule changes.

Communications

By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that CANcierge Co. may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, service, scheduling, billing, and customer support.

If you opt in to text messaging, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

No Guarantee

CANcierge Co. makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact service times, or municipal trash/recycling collection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CANcierge Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
